Wine List
Our wine selection brings together Sicily’s most renowned wine-growing areas. By choosing only small artisanal wineries committed to environmental sustainability and dedicated to producing organic wines—we’ve created a wine list that truly reflects the history and winemaking heritage of our land and its native Sicilian grape varieties.
A curated range of fine labels, featuring CRU from Western Sicily: the magnificent Marsala wines based on Grillo, the intensely aromatic Zibibbo from the island of Pantelleria, and the crisp, refreshing Catarratto from Camporeale.
On the list you’ll also find distinctive grapes from Eastern Sicily, such as Nerello Mascalese from Mount Etna and the Faro area, along with a carefully selected showcase of Val di Noto wines, including Moscato di Noto, Nero d’Avola from Pachino, as well as Frappato and Cerasuolo di Vittoria.
A journey through the scents of the earth
Each Marabino label is born from a blend of tradition and innovation. Fermentations take place spontaneously, without the addition of selected yeasts, to preserve the pure expression of the terroir. Our selection includes wines such as Muscatedda, Noto’s first dry Moscato, and Rosso di Contrada, a true, uncompromising expression of Nero d’Avola.
